Our Services
PRP Hair Loss Treatment
This treatment involves blood being drawn, followed by a series of injections into the scalp using short, fine needles.
Microneedling is the second part of the treatment. PRP is applied to the scalp and using a small machine, microneedled into the skin.
The treatment takes approximately 60-90 minutes.
Minimal to no downtime.
Skin Rejuvenation Aesthetics Treatments
For skin rejuvenation we offer several treatments.
Skin Boosters are an advanced injectable treatment designed to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate your skin from within. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that add volume or change face shape, skin boosters work by improving overall skin quality – giving you a natural, youthful glow.
Polynucleotides are one of the latest innovations in skin rejuvenation. Often described as next-generation skin boosters, they go beyond hydration and directly stimulate the skin’s natural healing and repair processes.
Treatment time is 30-45 minutes.

PRP Facial / Vampire Facial
This treatment incudes blood being drawn from the arm, followed by micro needling using Dr Pen machine. The machine uses needles with small vibrations to push the plasma into the skin.
The treatment takes approximately 1 hour.

Frequently asked questions
What is PRP and how can it benefit me?
PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma, and it is extracted from your own blood. It's a yellow, gold colour with a consistency similar to water.
There are many benefits to PRP treatments. Some of which may include rejuvenation and regenerative cell growth. PRP can reduce fine line and wrinkles, make skin appear more youthful even provide a solution for hair loss.
PRP - What are the risks?
Since PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood, there are few chances for complication. With any treatment that pierces the skin, there is risk of infection. If after care advice is followed, this will allow for any risk to be low.

Am I a suitable candidate for PRP?
Most men and women are suitable for PRP treatments. A short consultation via messaging with a practitioner should be enough to determine whether you're able to have the treatment. We will ask you some medical questions and try to determine what the cause is and proceed from there.
If we believe you are not suitable for PRP, Radiance lab will notify you.
What treatments do you offer at RL?
We offer a wide range of treatments in clinic. We provide many hair loss treatments, anti aging services and skin rejuvenation treatments.

PRP - What will happen at my appointment?
You shall be greeted by your practitioner who will go through your medical history. Once your goals have been discussed and you're happy to proceed, a sample of blood will be drawn from the arm vein.
The blood is placed into a centrifuge where then the components are separated and the plasma can be easily extracted for preparation.
The practitioner will then use a series of fine needles to inject the plasma into the affected areas. After care will be given to you. Treatment will last approximately 1 hour with minimal to no downtime. You can resume normal activities straight away.
When will I see results with PRP?
To achieve best results for hair loss, we suggest a course of 3 treatments between 4-6 weeks apart. This allows your hair the best chance at success. Giving it blasts of plasma and the nutrients it needs to generate new growth.
Results can be seen as early as 4 weeks and best results at around 3-6 months.
Patients may need occasional treatments to maintain desired results.

Why does hair fall out?
There are many reasons for losing hair. Some include androgenic alopecia, Male androgenetic alopecia (MAA, male pattern baldness), stress, medication, lifestyle, genetics, health related, ageing, post pregnancy, auto immune, hormones, vitamin deficiency, malnutrition, weight loss, surgery and more.

Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to any bookings made.
At Radiance Lab, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our patients.
To ensure that everyone can receive timely appointments and to maintain the efficiency of our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Notice Requirement:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation and may incur a fee (see below for details).
Missed Appointments:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, it will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in a fee and/or restrictions on future bookings.
Fees for Late Cancellations & No Shows:
A fee will apply for appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours notice. No- show or cancel on day appointments will incur a charge. This fee is non refundable and will be in part or full amount of the treatment value.
Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen.
In case of an emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
